Tools Used for Inspections

We use premium equipment for our inspections to guarantee a quality inspection. Some of the tools we carry every day: a drone, moisture meter, infrared camera, carbon monoxide and gas leak detector, circuit analyzer, tape measure, laser level, non-contact voltage detector, PPE Personal Protective Equipment, insulated screwdrivers, water pressure gauge, voltage meter, vacuums, etc. The 24 ft ladder that we carry has stabilizers that keep the ladder off the gutters. Of course, knowledge is the best tool we use in our home inspections but the tools are just so much fun to use. Check out our tool kit!
