Why Infrared/Thermal Imaging is so Important?

   An infrared/thermal image is a non-invasive method of identifying and documenting the condition of the system. Some common things that infrared imaging can help an inspector find are: moisture within walls, insulation or other building materials may indicate leaking pipes, condensation issues, and other problems leading to corrosion, mold, or mildew.

Qualifications

   Our inspectors are Certified Residential Thermographers by Monroe Infrared. We use the HIKMicro M30 Infrared Cameras with a resolution of 320x240 and a refresh rate of 24hz. Our cameras and inspectors are more than capable of performing a residential inspection.
