Why Infrared/Thermal Imaging is so Important?

   An infrared/thermal image is a non-invasive method of identifying and documenting the condition of the system. Some common things that infrared imaging can help an inspector find are: moisture within walls, insulation or other building materials may indicate leaking pipes, condensation issues, and other problems leading to corrosion, mold, or mildew.
